This is a mandatory requirement and essential for contact tracing purposes.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"LASTEST_GUIDELINES\"><\/span><strong>LASTEST GUIDELINES <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As per the latest government guidelines, it is mandatory for passengers arriving from &#8220;at-risk countries&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0 to 6 metro cities, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad to pre-book their Covid-19 test. w.e.f 20th December 2021 onwards. If you are traveling by <strong>flights to India<\/strong>, essentially by <strong>flights to Delhi<\/strong>, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flyopedia.com\/flights-to-mumbai\"><strong>flights to Mumbai<\/strong><\/a>, by flights to Kolkata, etc. then you are required to pre-book your RT-PCR for the airport as you may not leave the airport without a negative RT-PCR result.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SELF-DECLARATION_FORM\"><\/span><strong>SELF-DECLARATION FORM <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All International arriving passengers are required to fill the Self Declaration form as mandated by the Ministry of Health &amp; Family Welfare. Air Suvidha is an online system for International passengers to submit a mandatory Self Declaration form to declare their current health status. This form is mandatory and should be filled in anytime before boarding. All passengers booking flights from the UK, Canada, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flyopedia.com\/last-minute-flights-to-india\"><strong>flights from the USA to India<\/strong><\/a>, must fill up the Air Suvidha Form. The purpose and intent behind this form are the make contact tracing easier and to allow the authorities to inform passengers that may have been exposed to the coronavirus.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_do_you_need_to_fill_it\"><\/span><strong>When do you need to fill it? <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is no prior time limit suggested for the Self Declaration Form. It can be filled at any time before boarding. However, it is encouraged that you fill it well in advance, preferably as soon as you book your flights.
