How we prevent fraud on Flyopedia

When the customer books flight tickets from our search engine, as a security measure, his PNR number is present to ARC. If any fraud is going there, it can be recorded in the fake prevention protocols. An internal reference number is given to the customer, and some details will be asked from the customers which may include:
  • Copy of Passport of the customer or card holder.
  • The correctly stamped form which is signed by the customers.
This shows that the User accepts all the terms and conditions and charges.

How we protect customer against fraud?

According to the USA credit card company policy, it is the duty of the Card Company to guarantee security to their customers from any crime or fraud that may happen. We charge the clients for the best services. At the time of charging, we forward the credit card information. However, while certification we have to link a picture of the credit card. During such instances, we spotlight only the last 4 digits instead of the entire number, to protect the customers against fraud. If the customers do not find it secure and safe, they can claim the charge of their prize amount directly.

How are payments processed?

How tickets are sent to the customers?

After the payment and security check, e-ticket with reservation number is sent via e-mail to the customers.
