We received a really good customer service on our recent trip to Moscow. I was travelling with a 5 year old and a 2 year old infant and was really worried about the negative publicity surrounding the airlines. I was save from all as they allowed us to board first and get settled. The best part as when we were coming back and my grandson who is 2 didn’t want to buckle him in the seat, a lady came sat next to him, talked to him with cookies and juice and held his hand supporting both at the time of take off and land. All the facilities all together made the trip much less stressful.

I was flying from Minneapolis to Fayetteville and I arrived at the airport with broken ankle. I was in dense pain when the attendants took all care of me. I was met by a steward who made me feel comfortable all through the flight. The flight was on time, clean and beautiful. The overall trip was really great, I didn’t feel the ankle pain much as the services were so great. Thank you for such a hospitality.
